Huh. Maybe, once I know how it ends, I'll go back and finish watching it. I was watching someone's vid from Vividcon the other night and getting nostalgic.
In some ways I'm relieved that it's not going to go on and on and on (speaking as a very ex-XFiles fan), but ending the series on a cliffhanger to be solved in a telemovie? That's the sort of thing that makes me want to give the fingers to TPTB.
I always go for closed canon - not deliberately, I just realised one day that I never ever fall in love with a show till it's over (all too often in a big, splashy, messy way)
