Lessons learned: I need to learn how to do backgrounds. Also, for best results, if a project appears to be 80% done, and I'm tired and need to go to bed, I should wash my brushes and go to bed, instead of powering through the last 20%.

:D :D :D :D Oh, Erik using his powers on weights, eeeee. One of my favorite concepts ever. *g* And Charles looking so innocent behind him! Except for the part where he's totally not.

I'm so excited every time I see new art from you (and not just for XMFC; I loved your dSC6DBB art, too! the "earth" image was definitely my favorite, and I loved that you used plants and green for that instead of the traditional stone/rock/dirt version of earth!), and I love the way you're drawing these guys. :D

Thanks! I'm glad you like my art (and that you are into both DS and XMFC!!) I've been going more into art/illustration for challenges and stuff these days, for some reason. It seems like less of a commitment than writing, although it ends up taking maybe just as much time.

Haha yes Charles is not innocent. I tried to make it seem, at least from Erik's wtf, like whatever's going on in his head is not family friendly.
