Story by Speranza, art by me. If you missed them, check out pp. 1-3, pp. 4-6, pp. 7-8, pp. 9-11 pp. 12-14, and pp. 15-17. Only one more part after this!

Page 18 Sweaters!

Page 19 Recurring themes!

Page 20 I was considering not spoiling you for the extent of the kissing in the link images, but I was hard pressed to find anything else to thumbnail on this page.

Next time: Yes, there will be one more set! After all, we have to deal with Fraser's fake objections that suddenly happened in the final panel!

Oh, man, so much classic dialogue in that first page...then two more pages where (almost) no words are necessary. I like the placement of the speech bubbles in the last panel; it really conveys the emotional tone of the scene.

Thanks! Yeah, it was a fun mix this time; I love doing the wordless ones, but I also love all the text from that page. Fraser is definitely doing his best to get the "Ray"s in edgewise there. :)

(Sorry, I couldn't find the right place to comment before. Here it is again.)

Eeeee! Starry-eyed Ray and Fraser! Smooooches! Is that Fraser's hand in Ray's back pocket? ;)

So adorable.

Your Ray likenesses are especially fabulous! I love this entire comic enormously. Thanks so much for sharing your talents with us. It's an incredible treat. \z/

Ha, I created totally false suspense! The objections are minor, don't worry.

Yeah, there sure is a lot of kissing. I'm glad you enjoyed it--I did!

They both look so beautiful, don't they, when Fraser asks Ray to be a cliche with him. Ray looks so happy. What a treat to watch this story unfold in art form.

Oh, nice, I'm glad that worked. The text of this part is

"Ray," Fraser pleaded. "Look at me. I'm a cliche—be a cliche with me."

Ray blinked another couple of times—and then grinned slowly, the smile reaching his eyes, brightening his face, making him...beautiful.

NO PRESSURE FOR THE ARTIST OR ANYTHING. :)

Wow! RayK's face in the sixth panel of the page 18 slayed me. He's so vulnerable to Fraser's earnestness! The next two pages are, of course, things of HOTNESS. That very last panel (page 20) had me squeeing like WHOA!

Fantastic job, [livejournal.com profile] zelempa!

Ooh, you picked out two of my favorite panels. I was pretty pleased with the way panel 6, page 18 came out - the likenesses, I mean - and yeah, this is one of those moments when Ray knows things are getting serious. And obviously I had fun with that last panel. :)

Thanks again for your wonderful fb!

Exactly, it's greatness. My dad just knocked on my bedroom door to ask why I am still awake (It's 4 am here in merry old England and I have end-of-uni-term insomnia) and I replied with 'looking at art...' Being an artist himself he comes bustling in...

He thinks you have a 'good sense of anatomy and attention to detail'. So my dad likes slash. Go figure...

Ha ha ha!! Which page, the last one?

Very gratified to have that kind of praise from an artist -- !

Yeah, the last page... My parents are weird, my mum wanted to see it today. Can't even bloody fangirl without them hanging around...Dad's mainly a hobby artist, he used to model (as in make models not be Kate Moss) but had to give it up cos of his eyesight an arthritis (fantastic gene pool).

Have re read this today in between revision and coffee breaks. Is completely fantastic, can't wait to see more!

Wow! These comics of yours are just fantastic. You've got such a great sense of how to balance the art and the text, and how to frame each panel. I can't wait to see the last installment!

Thanks! I have a lot of fun figuring out how to break down the text and compose the panels and it's great to hear that the result is working out for you. :)
