I know! It's not something I write/read, but oh, man with these two I almost want to...they kind of were doing it themselves, in a one step removed way with the bloopers/ad libs if that makes sense.

Exactly-- I don't necessarily think THEY are into each other, but I kind of feel like they're Jim/Blair shippers. :)

Exactly! And I love it that they come over that way:-)

I don't know much about RP fic but I imagine most people writing it don't really think there's anything going on, no matter how wrapped around each other the actors are (thinking of Supernatural here :-)); they just like the idea of it.

And, well, yeah, I can certainly see why. It's just... I don't KNOW GM and RB so I couldn't write them -- setting aside the fact that I'd feel on the cheeky side -- but I know Jim and Blair. I can also see why people say RPS is as much fiction as writing fic about the characters; in fact it's based on even less canon, if that's the right word.

i think RB did say on one occasion that if the show continued that Jim and Blair would end up "in the sack". then an interviewer asked GM about that comment and he said that he and RB "kissed all the time", which he then seemed to realise didn't sound quite the way he intended it to... :P

And RB said he was a confident in his sexuality man of the nineties and would lay a lip lock on GM if the script called for it without hesitation, bless him :-)

Well, WE seem able to make the script, er fic, call for it very easily, so, yes, what was their problem? Where was the episode with a case from Jim's Vice days popping up again and Jim and Blair going underover as a gay couple with Jim in leather and Blair being really convincingly all over him?

Instead we got them dressed up as homeless men in an alley... and the 'honey, I love you' phone call in Vendetta. :;pouts:;

God, I'd have settled for Jim with a boyfriend in leather in the Deep Water flashbacks...

yes, i think if we they ever get that TS reunion movie off the ground, they'll have to hire us as part of the writing team.

well, he had a boyfriend, just not in leather.

and he had a boyfriend in leather in Killers.

and then there was the boyfriend in fast car in Dead End on Blank Street...

and he took photos for Blair in Love Kills <g>

I made it by just deleting a few inches of space between them because, yes, they really do and I couldn't resist!
