So all the episodes of Highlander are on hulu. My thoughts on the pilot:
1. Aaaack. What is with the powerpoint of the opening credit narration? Even cheesier than I had imagined in my wildest dreams!
2. QUEEN??
3. I can't decide if I like this. Every moment is kind of gold, but it's also... really... boring. I think it's one of those shows I would watch and like if I was watching it with somebody, but my attention span flags a lot when I am alone, and I can only watch half-hour shows with a frenetic pace while playing video games at the same time.
4. Connor MacLeod sounds exactly like Devon Banks.
5. So much canon! 120 episodes? I can't handle this.
Does anybody know if I can just watch certain episodes and get a general flavor for the thing and be able to read the fic? In exchange, I am ready and willing to tell you which five episodes of "The Sentinel" you need to watch. (1x1 Switchman, 3x1 Warriors, 3x23 Sentinel Too 1, 4x1 Sentinel Too 2, 4x8 The Sentinel by Blair Sandburg, in case you were wondering. If you want to watch another five, I also have a second-tier list.)
