Had a bit of trouble with the possibility of Keller being paired on the show with Rodney, as well!
First off, it looked like love between Ronon and Keller in "Quarantine," and secondly, Rodney just escaped a pairing with Katie Brown just a couple weeks ago!
Does Rodney *really* need to be paired with a female character? Does he really need to take *seriously* Jeannie's crack about nobody wanting Rodney - - during every episode??? I think the friendship (romance, if you're a slashMcShepfangirl like me) between Rodney and John and the general team friendships is plenty enough interaction with human beings for Rodney! Why muck the story up with yet another girlfriend for either him or John? Ronon/Keller for the win, and that's more than enough canonical romance for me!
But the episode was redeemed by the broad strong shoulders and the bloody hands of the very brave and very impressive Rodney McKay! Grin! Love, max
