Sentinel 1x4 The Debt

"Blair insists, 'It's about dominance and submission of subgroups!' Is he trying to hint something? Other things I expect Blair has said today: Man, I can't believe I signed up for this English class; I must be masochistic. Hey, Jim, have you read this book, Of Human Bondage ? Cause if you don't have a copy I'll have to go out and buy a brand spanking new one."

THE DEBT

Way, way too much Earl. Is he Jim or Blair? No, so I don't really care all that awfully much.

'I'm all yours, little buddy' ::melts and is melted::

Pivotal episode, just... too much people who are not our boys.

I totally agree. Earl is fine and it would be okay to see this much of him if he was a recurring character, but I have very little interest in developing characters we don't see in more than one episode and who don't impact Jim or Blair's backstory.

"I'm all yours little buddy" is such a strange line (esp. to Jim) and so self-consciously said. Like he had already decided to say "I'm all yours" but then decided it was weird but then decided to say it anyway. As, ha ha, a joke! (But maybe I'm overestimating the extent to which people besides me plan out what they will say.)
